TOS and rules
Please read this before buying or if you own any charaters from me or if you plan on getting a commission
What can you do with my designs?
Do
- you can redesign them a bit as long as they are still recognisable as the same character!- put them on your toyhouse or other platforms (with credit)- Resell them for a bigger price but nothing ridiculous please! (for example if you got the design for 200 DA points and sold it for 1,000 with no extra art)Don't- Claim the design to be your own- Steal any of my designs or get heavily inspired (a little bit of inspiration is ok,, just make sure to credit!)- Use them for NSFW and post it publicly- Use them for hateful things (homophobia, racism, etc.)- Sell them to anyone on my blacklist (see below)
Commission rules
- I have every right to deny a commission for any reason and/or block a user that makes me uncomfortable
- Payment must be upfront (you can either pay full,, or half at the start and half when it's done)
- If you don't want the commission posted publically on my social medias please tell me, otherwise they will be posted as an example of my work
- You may make prints of my work as long as they are for personal use and not being sold or for making profit
- I will only send W.I.Ps if you ask me to or if the order is complex and i want to make sure that i'm doing it right- a full refund will only be sent if I haven't started the linework yet or if I'm unable to complete the commission for you,,, a half refund will be given if I have started the lineart or colouring and whatever i have done so far will also be sent to you- If I forget a detail I can add/change it at no extra cost- You may order more than one commission but not after i close them- Please be patient,, art takes time, it should not take longer than 1 month if it is a still drawing,, animations will take 4 months max,, it depends how many i have to do
- you can repost any commissions you recieve from me on any platform with credit
- You can't use my work as a base or trace it unless I say it's okay
- I won't draw in/try to replicate another users art style

- NSFW or anything sexual
- Harmful themes
- Characters that aren't yours (unless its a surprise gift for someone)
- Offensive flagsI will draw
- Humans, furries, feral, lizards, birds (basically any species)
- Fandom characters
- Gore (light)
- Complex designs (but not when animating frame by frame)

Animated commissions
- A sketch will be sent to confirm if its ok before I continue
- Price depends on the complexity of the animation
- Animation takes a lot of time,, I don't animate often so I'm not used to it,, it will take me longerWill do
- Frame by frame or still drawing with a few things moving (example lip sync and blinking
- Minimal shading (not complex)
Won't do
- Tweening (I'm not familiar with it yet,, I need practice first)
- Super complex designs (I will simplify the design or you can choose a different one)
- Songs with slurs or swears in it (I will censor or you can choose a different part of the song thats clean)
